AMERICAN & BRITISH TONES TOGETHER IN ONE AMP DREAM WEAVER MKII Blackface & Tweed / Plexi & Hot Plexi / Tube or SS Rectified If Alladin had wished for one amp that could deliver American clean and British crunch tones, the Genie would have snapped his fingers and made the DREAM WEAVER MKII appear. It possesses the soul and fire of these legendary vintage amplifiers but now with modern features and a refreshing design. You'll be amazed by DREAM WEAVER's crisp performance with outstanding precision, beauty and rugged construction. Inspired by our favorite vintage amplifiers, the Dream Weaver MKII features '59 Tweed and '63 Blackface bass amp voices on channel one and a rich, organic Plexi experience on channel two. American Channel Two different vintage American preamp voices are available via toggle switch, including Tweed (based on a '59 tweed bass amp) and Blackface (based on a '63 blackface bass amp). When you select your sound, you are switching entire preamp and tone stack circuits that faithfully recreate a superb vintage vibe. Blackface mode delivers that classic "scooped mid" American sound with excellent headroom. Tweed mode has that meaty "mid growl" and sweet top end that just oozes with vintage "voodoo." PLEXI Channel The DREAM WEAVER MKII's dual 12AX7 preamp and tone stack circuitry featuring Volume, Treble, Middle and Bass controls faithfully deliver an authentic plexi experience that leans toward an early '68 plexi with its full-bodied frequency response, organic saturation and rich overtones. More signal gain can be added to the audio path via toggle switch to push your tone over the top. Simultaneous Channel Blending The DREAM WEAVER MKII's "Jump" feature let's you plug your guitar into both channels in a myriad of ways. One example: plug your guitar into the American channel and with the supplied patch cable, send the signal over to the British channel and blend the two together. It's also possible to insert an effect device in between channel jumping for a unique "wet/dry" setup - all coming out of the same speaker setup. What's really cool about the Jump feature is that it's wired electronically to perform like a normalized studio patch bay so your "jumped" signal is full-bodied on both channels and not effected by the typical tone suck of "hi and low input" jumping on vintage amps. Tube or Solid State Rectification For the ultimate experience in the "feel" department, we built in two rectifier tube sockets that are controlled via toggle switch. Choose between various tube rectifiers or even a solid-state rectifier adapter and easily toggle between whichever you prefer. HybridMASTER™ Volume Control HybridMASTER™ and the Venue Switch are located on the front panel giving you the confidence to play what you feel when you feel it at exactly the volume you need for the occasion. Think of the Venue Switch as a "macro" volume adjustment - choose between full volume (Stage Mode) or an 80% volume reduction (Studio Mode) - and the HybridMASTER knob as a "micro" volume adjustment allowing you to fine tune your output levels. Patent-pending, HybridMASTER is volume management executed to perfection.
