Coronavirus Status Update

Due to the virus situation, we are making some short-term, temporary changes to our in-person procedures. 

Our Experts are on the Phones, and we are Shipping!  

We are still rolling!  Our expert consultants are wired into our systems remotely, and we available at our numbers above during our regular business hours!  We are Shipping!

Critical staff is available at our facility, including some members of the Drum, Pro Audio, and Guitar consulting team to make sure we can still receive, ship, and provide the world-class consulting you have come to expect. 

Drop Off and Pickup via Curbside

We are offering Curbside Drop Off and Pickup Service by prior telephone arrangement.   While we cannot presently offer in-store visits, to ensure the safety of our critical staff,  we can arrange for local pickups, trade-ins, and drop-offs, as well as free same-day delivery for our local orders, at the discretion of our sales team.    All local and state ordinances around social distancing and sanitation will be maintained during all curbside operations.   

Our Saturday “open house” is closed until it is safe to reopen.  So please take advantage of our expert telephone consultations and free delivery!   Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep us, and our community safe, and supporting our business and staff in this difficult time.

Supply is Plentiful, But Limited.  Shortages are Expected.

We are proud to be offering one of the largest inventories in the history of our company.   Sadly, we are also expecting delays and shortages to sweep the industry.   Certain manufacturers have already entered “indefinite back order” status on some or all of their products.  Between supply chain disruptions for parts originating out of the country (including China), to recent closures of most US Builders and equipment manufacturers, supply is severely impeded.  Simultaneously, demand is increasing as we are also expecting delays and shortages to sweep the industry.
