Sound Pure's Take
This Mandolin has a tone bar braced sitka spruce top. Mahogany back, rim and neck, with an ebony fingerboard, veneer, and bridge. It was made in 2002 and at that time they were building them with a dog bone headstock. It's a beauty and sounds divine!
From Other (Miscellanous Used/Vintage/Consign)
Stunning natural looks highlight the Gallatin, named after the river that runs right outside our door. Beloved by musicians of all varieties for its punch, clarity and playability, the Gallatin is an innovative instrument with traditional integrity. The wild Gallatin River is born in the north corner of Yellowstone National Park. It spills into the Gallatin Valley and becomes a wonderful braided waterway home for elk, deer, moose, beaver, muskrats, ducks, trout, and of course- fly fishermen.
