Finished with timeless elegance, this Taylor 814ce pairs a solid spruce top with rosewood back and sides for the quintessential Grand Auditorium sound, delivering rich, blooming lows, clear highs, and balanced midrange projection. Weighing 4 pounds 10 ounces, it features traditional X-bracing, an abalone rosette, and a comfortable mahogany neck topped with a 20-fret ebony fingerboard adorned with Element inlays.
An ebony bridge complements the fingerboard, while premium gold Grover tuners provide smooth tuning stability and a touch of hardware luxury. Equipped with Taylor's iconic original Expression System (ES1) electronics, this dynamic acoustic-electric translates its full acoustic character cleanly to any stage or studio setup.
