This guitar was designed by Virtuoso Guitar Player Corey Christiansen, Guitar Editor of Mel Bay Publications. Corey is a very busy working musician who travels extensively with his Job for Mel Bay and very often can only bring one guitar. Although I have built Corey several different guitars it had become difficult for him to decide which guitar to bring. Not always knowing what the situation will be for the job he needs to perform we decided that we would build him a model that was versatile enough for just about any situation. The style and size of the guitar is comfortable to play, whether playing for a few minutes or all day. The Lindy Fralin Pickups can fit just about any style Corey finds himself needing to play. They have a silky smooth, Jazzy feel with plenty of warmth that lend themselves to many styles of music but truly shine when playing jazz. No matter what you play or how you play it this guitar will give you everything you need and more.
