This Gretsch G6229FM Players Edition Jet BT is a high-performance solidbody designed for maximum tonal punch and effortless playability. Featuring a chambered mahogany body topped with a striking laminated flame maple top, this 1.85-inch deep single-cut pairs lightweight comfort with enhanced acoustic resonance. Its mahogany neck sports a fast Standard "U" profile with a 12-inch radius ebony fingerboard, aged white binding, 22 medium-jumbo frets, and bold pearloid Big Block inlays. Dual Tim Shaw-designed Broad'Tron BT-65 humbuckers deliver a wide frequency response with rich lows and full-throated mids, controlled by independent volume pots, a master volume, a master tone, and a 3-way toggle. Complete with an anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge, Gretsch "V" stoptail, Gotoh locking tuners, a Graph Tech TUSQ nut, and a gold plexi pickguard, this G6229FM is a refined tone machine built for stage and studio.
