Condition: Used, Good. This instrument was made in 1954 and bears cosmetic features and repairs that should be nothing less than expected of a guitar this age; our luthier has done stabilizing repairs to the guitar and these details are all documented. The bridge on this guitar is an aftermarket one.
SP Luthier Notes: The electronics of this guitar were crackling and buzzing, and they were thoroughly rewired if necessary and otherwise thoroughly cleaned. The binding of the instrument was in poor state, and our luthier repaired it. All of the frets as they were could not be repaired to an acceptable state so they were fully replaced with spec accurate fretwire and shaped into near mint condition. No further work was required.
