What We Think

Woah!! We were all super impressed by this guitar when it got here. The feel of it is extremely loose and buttery with playability at an all-time high for this price range. It has a really warm tone on the neck which is perfect for jazz (looking for that "Velvet Hammer"?) but can also be really thick and twangy on the bridge pup for some good ol' southern rock. It sits in the lap comfortably and the weight is nicely balanced. Definitely an eye catcher as well!

Not much is known about the 1975 Morris Custom Mando Mania guitar, but is best described as "Plays like a Les Paul, looks like a Mandolin".

This our tribute to the great Miles Davis guitarist Pete Cosey, who was one of the few pro players that used the Morris Custom Mando Mania guitar. His fiercely flanged and distorted tone bore comparisons to Jimi Hendrix.

Michael Robinson, the founder of Eastwood, started out buying and selling rare electric guitars. The difficulty and cost in obtaining these instruments, along with what he calls the all-too-often "sketchy quality that played like crap" led him to start a company building his own revivals from the edges of rock history.
