I felt like I'd been re-united with an old friend as soon as I picked this Takamine up...like it had just returned from wandering some dark New Mexican desert for the past few years. You notice the immensely comfortable neck and overall playability right away, followed by a taut, full response from bass to treble. It's got this overall dark, woody tonality fleshed out by its jumbo-like body dimensions. While you'll have no problem filling a room with this guitar's wizened, direct voice, you'll find that the pickup system is more than ready for hitting the stage.
