The Prolite Brass snare drum is unlike any other brass drum on the market and provides superb clarity and sensitivity regardless of tuning range. The beadless brass shell is finished with a protective lacquer, keeping the snare robust and giving it the classic elegant look. Enhanced with Sonor's infamous diecast hoops and chrome-plated hardware, this is one of the few drums where tone and aesthetic are unrivaled. The DualGlide strainer mechanism features an incredible snare wire engage-and-release system that allows the change of heads with the press of a couple of tabs without disrupting their snare wire settings. Along with great adjustability, it provides a solid look and feel.
