My first guitar was a classical guitar. As a question of refinement, the design of the classical guitar is in the most challenging guitar to make in my opinion. There have not been many really great classical guitars made in mass production, unlike other guitars. Refining my sensitivities making these instruments gave me a better ability to face challenging design obstacles over the course of my career.
