Sound Pure's Take
All the tone without any of the trouble, all the history without any of the hurt. This remarkable Martin has been cherished and played, from one conscientious guardian to the next. The good folks at Dream guitars had it for a spell before it passed on to a fantastic customer of ours. What is there to say? It's perfect. Direct, sustaining, focused, absolutely balanced, improbably sensitive and nuanced. The very best of what a "dry" guitar can be--insistently fundamental but no where even approaching thin, stringy, etc. This is what a guitar should sound like! This! It's going to be hard for us to bid this one farewell but (we think) we're ready.
