Condition: Used, Very Good. This guitar has a repaired crack in the bridge.
SP Luthier Notes: A majority of frets showed evidence of play wear. As such, the frets were leveled, recrowned, and polished back to a near mint state. The guitar required an adjustment to the truss rod, nut, and bridge to be brought to a perfect level of playability. The fretboard showed signs of unevenness which required the frets to be pulled and the board re-planed to level. A crack was present on the bridge of the guitar. As such our luthier stabilized, filled, and refinished the affected area leaving it in a much healthier condition. No further work was required.
The Lowden 25 has long been regarded as the Lowden, and while the expanded range of models today makes it hard to choose just one standout, the 25 still carries an unmatched character.
Rich, full-bodied, warm, and powerful, it’s a guitar that commands attention. In the "O" version, it offers a complex, dynamic tone.
