Sound Pure's Take
Prepare to be completely blown away by a truly superlative instrument. This is one of those rare cases where the aesthetic beauty of a piece truly matches up to its sonic power. Just look at that incredibly figured cocobolo! From a fiery orange to a deep crimson the back and sides of this guitar are just the sort that makes you want to hang it on the wall backwards! And the sound, oh the sound! We're at no loss for words: lush, expansive, dynamic, swirling overtones, rich fundamentals, and all wrapped in a playable, perfectly fit package! This might just be the one you've been searching for all these years!
From Lowden Guitars
The 35 Series is for the serious player who can appreciate a whole new world of subtle tone colours and dynamic range.
Cocobolo is heavy, strikingly beautiful and a great wood for steel string guitars. Very similar to Brazilian rosewood in tone, clear, loud and yet warm at the same time. Perfect for someone who wants to be very versatile in playing styles from strumming, percussive picking to fingerstyle. Available in F and S models. Fantastic in either!
