The figuring on the back Koa is so deep you could dive in and swim. It's enticing, sounds beautiful as can be and has the visuals to match. The Koa is like a more elegant Mahogany, with more lush overtones but the same general balance across the tonal spectrum. The Sitka top is responsive to the touch and pairs well for any fingerstyle player. This guitars sound is intimate and warm while retaining a certain humility. No frills or games, this is a players guitar with an incredible sound to match. Anyone lucky enough to get this piece in their hands will know why Goodall is such a highly respected name in the boutique guitar world.
Goodall Guitars has reintroduced the Aloha model because of popular demand. It now features a beautiful wood on the fretboard and bridge called Asian rosewood - an extremely hard and dense species of rosewood that is dark red brown in color with black streaks.
