Handcrafted in Memphis, TN, the Gibson 1963 ES-335 is a semi-hollowbody double-cutaway electric guitar finished in Sixties Cherry aged nitrocellulose lacquer. Its body comprises 3-ply figured maple/poplar/maple top and back, Adirondack spruce bracing, and a period-correct "window" centerblock. The mahogany neck utilizes historic hide glue joint construction, a '63 neck profile, a tubing-free truss rod, and a rosewood fingerboard with vintage block inlays. Weighing 7 lbs 7 oz, it includes a hardshell case. Electronics feature unpotted MHS humbuckers (Alnico III neck, Alnico II bridge), two volume controls, two tone controls, and a 3-way toggle. Hardware includes an ABR-1 bridge, lightweight aluminum stopbar, and double-ring Kluson green key tuners.
