Serviced by Superfine Ampworks:
"Repaired bent / stretched contacts at V1 socket that were causing loud static noise and intermittent signal. Cleaned and re-tensioned all tube socket contacts. Cleaned and straightened all tube pins. Tested power tubes on Maxi tester (good). Cleaned all jacks and controls. Tightened loose hardware at input jack (an issue on these amps... solder joints can break at PC board if not addressed}. Replaced V3 (phase inverter) tube using the spare JJ tube you had removed from V1. Original tube in V3 would start to make a howling noise after amp was on for awhile and got hot. Tightened baffle mount hardware and speaker. These were very loose, which is also a common issue on these amps"

That sound comes courtesy of a pair of EL-84 Groove Tube® output tubes and three 12AX7 preamp tubes. Add our renowned Fender® reverb, flexible controls, and FAT circuit with footswitch for golden tones, and you're in business. And just look at that chrome panel, that black textured vinyl with silver grille cloth, and those vintage pointer knobs.
