Sound Pure's Take
Combining classic single-cut proportions with premium boutique appointments, the Eastman SB59/TV features a solid carved maple top over a one-piece okoume back in a Truetone Vintage Gloss Redburst finish. Weighing 7 lbs 2 oz, its one-piece okoume neck utilizes a set long tenon joint, Traditional Even "C" profile, ivoroid binding, and a 12" radius ebony fingerboard with pearl crown inlays and 22 Jescar frets across a 24 3/4" scale. Powered by a pair of Lollar Custom Aged/Wound Imperial humbuckers, CTS 500K audio taper pots, and Sprague Orange Drop capacitors, it comes outfitted with antique nickel hardware including a Gotoh tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece, Gotoh relic tuners, amber speed knobs, and a hardshell case.
