Sound Pure's Take

This versatile OM from rock-solid Eastman suits nearly any style you can throw at it. Pulling it out of the case, I tried a few fast bluegrass runs, then moved to some R and B rhythm work, then settled in on a chugging country blues. Finishing off a solo jazz arrangement, I decided this was the guitar for someone who needs an instrument that can change its colors. With the cutaway, you could even get away with ripping those rock solos normally reserved for electric playing. Not only that, but this guitar is also outfitted with stately classic appointments: an Addy top and Rosewood back and sides, and sharp herringbone binding. It also features a Fishman GT2 pickup system, adding to this guitar's already ridiculous versatility! If you're looking for chameleon that won't burn your wallet, this is the guitar!

From Eastman Guitars

This is the quintessential fingerstyle instrument. With amazing dynamic range, the Orchestra Model runs the gamut from subtle to bold. OM’s are articulate and comfortable to play due to their reduced body depth. Eastman takes a creative departure from the traditional by equipping our OM’s with a 24.9 scale length.
