Sound Pure's Take
Condition: Used, Excellent
The AC722's from Eastman are absolute joy's to play. The grand auditorium size gives you enough airspace to push out a mountain of sound. The volume is surreal, the projection is very forward and the Englemann top is responsive so that it's kind to strummers and finger stylists alike. The larger body gives you a subtle natural compression that really lends itself to the tone of the guitar. And it doesn't hurt that appointments like the gold tuners and hardware make it just as aesthetically pleasing as any high-end guitar you can find on the market.
From Eastman Guitars
Committed to a high standard of quality, Eastman Guitars use of premium tonewoods and fine appointments, alongside the talent and accomplishment of its designers, craftsmen, and company philosophy continues one of the most fascinating musical traditions the world has known.
Eastman handcrafted acoustic guitars cover a wide range of playing styles and sound. The Traditional Series (model names beginning with E) bring back memories of the great instruments of the Golden Era of guitar building. Those were days when all work was done by gifted craftspeople, by hand using simple tools.
