Lively and brimming with light, this super clean used D2H came in from a collector needing scant setup work to bring it to a full 10/10.  Collings acoustics can sound even more aggressive and forward than Martins and this guitar certainly does not disappoint in that regard, particularly in the bass and low mids (scooped but not scalped!) whereas the top end boasts a sustain and delicacy that brings the whole voice together like an orchestra that's been playing together for a lifetime.  Stunning!
