The apotheosis of Dana's celebrated L-DBO! The look alone is mythical Blues guitar territory. What a stunning combination of the Figured Mahogany top, back, sides, and neck (what?!) and that gorgeous Ivoroid here there and everywhere! Tonally, you couldn't ask for a better old-time/Country Blues machine. Warm, woody fundamentals with just enough shine in the trebles, plenty of thump and growl in the mids, and a nice, tight low end (hard to come by with Mahogany-topped instruments!) that will make any Blues fingerstylist feel right at home. Utilizing Bourgeois' Aged Tone torrefaction technology, this guitar combines vintage small-body character and bark with Dana's signature articulation and response. The result is a versatile instrument with tons of personality, perfect for finger-style blues, old-time accompaniment, and comfortable couch-playing.

Built in a ca. 1850s mill in the industrial town of Lewiston Maine, master luthier Dana Bourgeois and his small team of highly skilled craftsman produce some of the finest steel-string instruments available today.
