Built on August 7, 2026, this Bourgeois OM Sawmill Custom pairs a figured redwood top with Honduran rosewood back and sides, structurally driven underneath by Aged Tone torrefied bracing. A satin-finished mahogany neck features a 25.5" scale length, an ebony fingerboard with tiny mother of pearl dot inlays, a 1 3/4" bone nut, and a contour headstock sporting an ebony veneer with a mother of pearl Broad Arrow logo. Framed by ebony body binding and classic DB Signature herringbone purfling, the body showcases a double wood ring rosette, a celluloid tortoise pickguard, and a matching ebony belly bridge anchored by bone pins. Complete with nickel and ebony Waverly tuning machines, a hand-signed Dana Bourgeois label, and a lightweight 4 lbs 7 oz build, this boutique Orchestra Model comes housed safely in a hardshell case.
