What We Think

Condition: B-Stock (Shop damaged puncture repaired and drop-filled by our in-house luthier, pictured)

From the stage to the studio this Boucher is going to be your buddy, no doubt about it.  That tonewood combo makes for an incredible blend of clarity, warmth, and just sheer character.  There's -so- much depth and resonance to this beauty's voice which is just astounding given how new the instrument--very, very exciting to imagine how much bigger and badder it's going to be after just a few months of playing!  That crisp, balanced voice will record like a dream and cut through a mix like a wake up call.  The super fast, shallow neck profile on the Studio Goose series practically eggs you on and the cutaway offers an obvious an incentive to reach up that neck.  Worldclass guitar at a small town price point folks--don't miss it!

About Manufacturer

A few years back a wonderful man named Robin Boucher drove to Sound Pure studios all the way from Canada. In his back seat, nestled in lovely tweed cases, he had some of the finest acoustic guitars to ever cross our northern border. We became immediate friends and his work was mind-blowing. The clarity of the tone, the immaculate fit and finish, the effortless playability. To top it all off, Robin got his start as a WOOD DEALER. He happens to live in an Adirondack red spruce forest!
