Every musician dreams of finding that perfect instrument—the one that feels like an extension of themselves. This custom-specced Boucher dreadnought is that guitar. It pairs a master grade torrefied Adirondack red spruce top with the regular rosette and rosewood binding, creating an understated aesthetic that beautifully contrasts its powerful voice. Paired with torrefied mahogany back and sides, it delivers a rich, full-bodied tone with powerful projection and a beautifully aged sound right out of the case. Handcrafted with meticulous care, the forward shifted X bracing enhances its resonance, making every note sing with stunning clarity. This isn't just an instrument; it's an heirloom, an investment in your musical journey. The flawless South American mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard provide a smooth, fast feel, ensuring a supremely playable experience for years to come. From fiery fingerstyle to powerful flatpicking, this guitar delivers uncompromisingly brilliant sound!
A few years back a wonderful man named Robin Boucher drove to Sound Pure studios all the way from Canada. In his back seat, nestled in lovely tweed cases, he had some of the finest acoustic guitars to ever cross our northern border. We became immediate friends and his work was mind-blowing. The clarity of the tone, the immaculate fit and finish, the effortless playability. To top it all off, Robin got his start as a WOOD DEALER. He happens to live in an Adirondack red spruce forest!
