Simply connect a USB keyboard directly to your LIT to customize the display, or use the included PatchCAD software to create custom text to export directly to your patchbay using the same USB port.

PBR TT-LIT’s LED display supports up to 6 characters per channel to describe your connections.  A quick touch of the Display button can be used to turn it off.

To customize the display, you have two options: simply connect a USB keyboard to the front of the unit and start typing… or you can use the included PatchCAD software to customize the LED display on your computer, and export them to a USB drive to load directly into the unit. 

PatchCAD (Mac/Win) lets you customize your LED display using a quick, familiar spreadsheet-like interface. Simply type out how you want your display to appear, export the file to a USB drive, and connect the USB drive to your LIT patchbay and press the Update button.

Your studio needs more than accessible patching — audio quality throughout every signal chain is essential. Black Lion has been improving already-great gear through our modification service for years, and we channeled all that know-how straight into the PBR TT-LIT.

The PBR TT-LIT is a 96-point TT patchbay, built for the most demanding of studios; loaded with 96 TT connectors on the front and 12 DB25 connectors on the rear; all audiophile-grade and gold-plated. Per-module mode-switching is accessed via recessed switches on the top panel for configuring normalization modes; the switches are rated to 10,000+ operations without failure. A grounding connection is available on the rear to prevent noisy ground loops. 

Black Lion’s team of engineers have worked tirelessly to ensure that the PBR TT delivers proper quality through-and-through. The PBR TT-LIT is also built Black Lion-tough, with a reinforced steel chassis and black-anodized aluminum faceplates that make for a matched and sophisticated look.
