After the last Beneteau we received on trade, we were eager to see more of this Canadian luthier's refined, forward-leaning approach to flattop construction.  But we certainly weren't ready for this!  This 12 Fret Standard Concert Cutaway has been meticulously conceived and executed, from the precious adornments and aesthetic details to the incredibly high level of comfort and ergonomic forethought to the wondrously articulate but simultaneously 3 dimensional tonal response.  Classical, Jazz, and Celtic fingerstyle stand out as genres begging for expression on this instrument, to name just a few.  This is what modern guitar building is all about, folks--don't let this crowning achievement of the neo-Golden Era slip away!

Not only am I introducing a new model this time around but this particular instrument also has a number of new design details as well. The idea for this model came from a customer who wanted a 12 fret guitar but larger than my 000 12. As it turned out, my Concert Standard, modified to 12 frets, was a perfect choice. It retains the comfort of the C/S size while increasing the tonal depth and resonance associated with the longer 12 fret body.
