A lean mean T machine by all accounts! This Icon boasts some serious bark and bite. In the bridge position, chords ring out with immaculate clarity and separation, while solos take on the sort of twang and squawk that's perfect for the chicken-picken'est players out there. The neck position, thanks to Tom's wonderful MC1 (seen here with a gold top), is thick and lush adding weight and fullness to single notes and fattening up chords with massive power behind them. The 1 5/8" nut width and 62 Pete neck make for easy access in every position. Top it all off with good looks and perfect fit and finish work and there's no wonder our T Icons don't last long in the shop!

Sharing all the same elevated performance benefits of our venerated T-Classic model, the T-Icon also features a much more iconic 3-saddle bridge, with a baseplate design that surrounds the angled single coil-sized bridge pickup.

And what does that mean?

It means that this bridge has a compensated (corrected) saddle design for uncompromisingly accurate intonation and ridiculously in-tune playing—like each and every Anderson guitar ever created. 

This takes the vintage experience to a whole new level as accurate intonation not only means more in-tune playing but also much richer and fuller tonality with greater sustain as more sympathetic frequencies harmonize rather than contrast.
