The company's mission is to provide high-quality components and kits for DIY audio enthusiasts. We've analysed the best microphones in the world, and found ways to provide circuits and capsules that deliver the same tone and superior performance specifications -- at a fraction of the price of vintage gear.

Prior to the launch of this company in 2010, few "do it yourself" microphone kits and upgrade parts were available. We introduced a full line of large-diaphragm capsules at previously-unheard-of prices, while maintaining strict quality control. We pioneered the idea of model-specific microphone upgrade kits with custom circuit boards. And our S-series microphone kit was the first premium studio microphone available as an all-inclusive DIY kit.
