The Custom Wes Lambe solidbody electric is based on the jazzmaster body with a few minor changes to really make it a unique shape. It's super comfy and ergonomic. The ash wood grain is a stunning aspect of this natural finish. I'm glad Wes left this one in it's natural state! The P-90's are warm and provide amazing crunch when driven. The ebony bird inlays are truly beautiful custom aspects of the neck that really set this apart from the other companies using birds.
We haven't even touched playability and overall feel. I can go into a lot of detail if you want to give me a call! It really feels great and the fretwork is slick rick, y'all!

My musical instruments are premium quality and handmade in Chapel Hill, NC. USA. Rooted in traditional building techniques, I incorporate modern materials and innovations that accommodate better playability, more reliable performance, and improved intonation. I specialize in building fanned-fret ®* and custom extended range instruments (Mono and stereo 7 string guitar, mono and stereo 8 string guitar, as well as many custom instruments that "don't exist yet" ), but my roots are in building all types of 'traditional" fretted instruments (Electric six string guitars, "bluegrass" dreadnaught acoustic guitars, bluegrass mandolins, mandocello, archtop acoustic "jazz" guitars, etc.).
