Just like in the studio, Pedal76 has Attack & Release, Ratio, and Input controls, critical for taming unwanted changes in volume on stage. Backed by over 10 years of expertise delivering premium, award-winning studio compression with the Warm Audio WA76, the Pedal76 is capable of bringing out the wide range of legendary compression tones from subtle to hard-limiting as favored by celebrated artists such as Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Periphery, Jack White and many more.
Studio-Quality Sound, Stage-Ready Control
To achieve authentic 76-style FET compression, Pedal76 is built with an all-analog circuit and premium components, including a custom CineMag USA transformer. Spec’d to duplicate the professional performance of the studio units, this transformer adds rich harmonic content, and, in high gain mode, a bit of audible overdrive reminiscent of the most prized studio originals. Pedal76 features gig-ready controls like an external switch for true/buffered bypass, ensuring the compressor plays nice in your rig. Switches for input sensitivity, ground/lift, pad and high/low gain modes (both for DI operation) provide added utility at gigs or in the studio. The separate (DI) out also sends a balanced signal to any mixer or live recording rig.
