Sound Pure's Take
The Suhr Modern Plus Bengal Burst is a precision-built performance machine that blends modern playability with boutique tone. Its basswood body with flame maple top delivers balanced warmth and clarity, while the roasted maple neck and compound-radius fingerboard feel effortlessly fast and smooth. Jumbo stainless frets and a 2-post tremolo ensure stability and expressive control. The SSH+ and SSV humbuckers, paired with a V60LP single-coil and push/pull splitting, offer everything from articulate sparkle to soaring sustain. Impeccably crafted and supremely versatile, this Suhr is a serious player’s guitar and a smart long-term investment.
