We tend to get used to the fine folks at Suhr sending us amazing guitars, but when we unboxed this baby it floored us all. This guitar is a looker to the Nth degree! Where to start? The Trans Amber finish will mesmerize you with its depth and beauty, it is truly like nothing I've seen before. Elegantly appointed with gold hardware, Flame Koa pickguard, and Pau Ferro knobs, this is an instrument that just screams style. It's incredibly lively, the Pau Ferro neck and Macassar ebony fingerboard contributing a delicious high-end shimmer that's balanced nicely by the chambered African mahogany body. Fire up the SSV and SSV+ pickups and you'll be diving headfirst into the searing sustain and rich response that these humbuckers are known for, with the added flexibility of push/pull splitting capabilities. Weighing in at a sprightly 6.95 lbs., this is a guitar that you can play all night without it taking a toll on your shoulder. Once you get over how incredible this guitar looks, you'll be equally blown away by how great it sounds!

THE SHAPE THAT STARTED IT ALL AND THEN SOME . . .

The Suhr Classic T evokes the electric guitar that started it all. Digitized from an original '52 slab body, the Classic T combines legendary design with modern improvements.

Frets are Plek leveled and hand dressed for superior playability. The optional body contours improve player comfort while also reducing weight. The improved headstock design enhances tuning stability, eliminating the need for a string tree.

The combination of quality tonewoods and Suhr pickups give the Classic T a familiar voice. From Classic Twang to rowdy Rock & Roll, the Classic T is a crowd pleaser that will never go out of style.

This feature is available on all models. Body chambering not only reduces weight but also adds sweetness to the highs, and warmth to the lows. We can chamber any wood combination and also add an F-hole or Cat's Eye.
