Wow! Another Suhr "Classic", Sonic Blue nitro beauty! Besides it being my favorite color, this guitar has "Classic" with modern touches written all over it! Let's start with the ever classic 2-piece Alder body with arm, hand and tummy contours. A 60's "C" vintage standard neck and gorgeous Indian Rosewood fingerboard comprise the classy looking neck. Modern upgrades include a great roasted maple neck that improves neck stability issues when traveling to different climates. A Tusq nut with 22 fantastic stainless-steel medium frets adorn this great playing and ultra comfy neck. A 6 screw, Gotoh 510 with bent saddles keeps things running and playing smoothly. You'll find a killer Thornbucker Humbucker in the bridge for thick and creamy tones accented with Suhr's classic V60LP pickups in the middle and neck positions. Suhr's innovative SSCII (Silent Single-Coil) hum canceling circuit keeps things quiet on the 60 cycle hum train. Grab it quick, as this "Classic" won't be around long.

The Suhr Classic is a nod to the iconic double cutaway shape that has embodied Rock and Blues music for decades. The Classic retains this vintage vibe while adding modern improvements to meet the needs of today’s players.
The improved headstock design enhances tuning stability, eliminating the need for a string tree. The optional side input jack moves the instrument cable out of the way for effortless tremolo use. Frets are Plek leveled and hand dressed for superior playability.
