This Slingerland 6.5x14 Chrome Over Brass snare is one of the classic snare sounds that influence many of today's designs for metal snares. Designed in part with the influence of the legendary Gene Krupa, this snare pops and sizzles with extraordinary articulation, but is also capable of a really fat backbeat thanks to the 10-lug design. It's in great condition with very little pitting and a couple of tiny spots of rust on the hoops.
