The only word we could actually come up with when trying to describe the sound of this guitar was "fresh," and it was because we were in too much of a hurry to finish talking and start listening to this box sing. And that was before we plugged it into an amp. This is a guitar that has to be heard to be believed.

The flame maple throughout the top and back of this guitar is stunning without throwing too much pizzazz in your face; eye-catching but refined unlike a lot of other flame maple guitars. The neck is so comfortable and downright inviting, the playability is such that it handles blazing bebop lines and chord melodies with delicate grace. This Sadowsky is a major player, and it's bound to make you leave your other guitars in their cases!

The all acoustic brother of the Semi-Hollow, the SS-15 features the same body as the Semi but is all acoustic with traditional jazz guitar appointments and styling. The thin body provides a more immediate acoustic response than its bigger siblings and has no sonic peer when amplified. The 1 3/4″ nut width and 14 frets to the body give the SS-15 a familiar comfort to any jazz guitarist.
