What We Think

The offerings out there for baritone guitars are few and far between. While there are plenty of low priced options and a few wildly expensive boutique offerings few companies have come forward to make a great sounding, great playing, affordable baritone guitar and the fine folks at Reverend have done just that! When you need that sound, there's nothing like reaching for a reliable, well-built instrument, and we love the versatility of this three pickup, tremolo-equipped wonder!

Manufacturer's Description from Reverend

Pete Anderson was looking for a baritone with a retro feel that delivers the deepest possible twang tone with upgraded features and a tremolo that works great. We created the Reverend Pete Anderson Eastsider Baritone – a chambered Korina body with a 28 5/8” scale full-length baritone neck. Three Alnico pickups provide extra clarity for low tunings. The Wilkinson WV6 SB Tremolo is a traditional style trem with stamped steel saddles and a steel block for extra twangy tone, adjustable arm tension, and modified mounting holes to improve stability. In classic Satin Tobacco Burst or Satin Black, The Reverend Pete Anderson Eastsider Baritone hits all those surf, spaghetti western, and country deep sounds.

About Manufacturer

Reverend is the brainchild of Joe Naylor. Joe's decades of formal training and hands-on experience, along with our small, highly skilled staff ensures that Reverend delivers the goods:

TONE - Great design makes for great sounding gear. We have a deep respect for (and extensive knowledge of) fine vintage equipment. At Reverend, those sensibilities come together with design innovation that satisfies the most discriminating players.

STYLE - Reverend guitars are an extension of your musical individuality, a unique voice in a sea of clones.

VALUE - We put extensive research and development into our products to raise the level of performance. That is why Reverend products are often compared performance-wise to gear costing several times more.

SERVICE - A product is only as good as the people who stand behind it. Reverend service is legendary. Why?...because our philosophy is simple: treat customers the same way we'd want to be treated.
