SP Luthier Notes: This instrument has been carefully inspected and, if necessary, serviced by our certified luthier to ensure it is in excellent playing condition.
Finished in a striking Dark British Racing Green Metallic finish, this Powers Electric A-Type showcases master luthier Andy Powers' innovative approach to modern solidbody design. Built with an Urban Ash body topped with braced solid maple and dual internal soundposts, it balances acoustic resonance with tight electric control. Its 24.875-inch scale mahogany neck features a comfortable Asymmetrical Carve and a Honduran rosewood fingerboard outfitted with Italian acrylic inlays, an ebony nut, and 21 custom jumbo frets. Tone is driven by a pair of engine-turned FF42 single-coil pickups, engineered for exceptional dynamic clarity and warmth. Pitch modulation comes courtesy of the proprietary CamTail vibrato system, integrated with an ebony-saddled high-carbon steel bridge for ultra-smooth movement and returning stability. Accented by a faux pearl pickguard, colorful resin knobs and switch tip, and a natural-tint neck, this instrument ships with a fitted soft case.
