Guitar has some light playwear and buckle rash (pictured), overall and considering age this bass looks great. Guitar case is missing original handle. Also need to note that the bridge pickup is not working when the out of phase switch is OFF but the pickup is fully operational and works in out of phase mode as a split part of the "humbucker" and in isolation whether in single coil or humbucker configuration.
This '79 T-40 from Peavey is a bass that was well ahead of its' time when first introduced and still has quite a bit of futuristic control options even in 2018! We've got a great looking bass that has a tonal palette that will make most players want something like this in their collection and for good reason. You can run both pickups as singlecoils or humbuckers depending on where the tone knob is set and you have a phase switch that allows you to get out-of-phase sounds when in the middle position by splitting both humbuckers and combining them into 1 "pickup". If you need an electric bass for gigging just about any music from the last 50 years this won't let you down with its' array of classic sounds! This model is also great if you spend a lot of time in the studio and want a variety of bass tones but are sick of dragging 2-3 instruments in the room every time. Grab this T-40 and have a wider range of sounds with less gear to load!
