The Nocturne Brian Jr Barnyard is a handwired preamp pedal designed to bring the unmistakable character of vintage pre-war amplification into your guitar rig. Built around a BJT transistor circuit and a distinctive combination of imported Soviet germanium and Fairchild silicon diodes, this pedal offers a rich, harmonically textured voice with plenty of room for tonal exploration. Its Normal and Mic channels, blend control, and selectable Deep/Flat body depth and Bright switches provide an impressive range of shaping options, letting you dial in everything from full-bodied warmth to more cutting, articulate tones. The Double Stomp configuration makes hands-on adjustments intuitive, while true bypass keeps your signal path clean when disengaged. For players chasing vintage-inspired character with modern pedalboard convenience, the Brian Jr Barnyard is a wonderfully expressive addition with plenty of personality!
