Sound Pure's Take

If you know, you know--those graceful bird silhouettes are the calling card of the wonderfully talented Gary Mortoro, a disciple of the legendary Bob Benedetto.  The feel of the neck and the voice of this instrument, acoustic and amplified, are every bit as elegant and graceful as the look.  With a fresh setup from our luthier performed, this rare bird is ready to take flight!

Conditon: Used, Very Good (small finish crack in upper bout, pictured)

From Other (Miscellanous Used/Vintage/Consign)

Elegant "bird" soundholes in the upper and lower bout and a "bird" cutout on the side of the upper bout sets the Starling in a category by itself, where form and function merge into an instrument of exquisite sound and incomparable aesthetic design.
