Introducing the Meyer Sound CP-10, a dual-channel parametric equalizer renowned for its precision and versatility. Each channel boasts five bands of fully parametric equalization, complemented by additional high and low shelving cut filters. Offering control over frequencies ranging from 60 Hz to 6 kHz with two equalization circuits per channel, the CP-10 ensures comprehensive sound customization. Frequencies below 60 Hz and above 6 kHz are managed by one equalization circuit and one shelving cut filter per channel.

Occupying 3.5 inches of rack space, the front panel features marked controls, including individual In/Out switches for each equalization band. Calibrated Center Frequency, Bandwidth, and Boost/Cut controls provide precise adjustments. The complement-phase circuitry guarantees controlled phase distortion, even at extreme settings, with a dynamic range exceeding 110 dB in operation.

For ease of service, the front panel can be removed without affecting equalization settings, and each of the fourteen equalization circuits resides on its own gold-socketed removable printed circuit board. Power status and clip levels are indicated by LEDs. Signal processing is initiated by a relay that closes only when the power supplies stabilize. In case of AC failure, the unit seamlessly switches to hardwire bypass.
