This 6x14 Jarrah Block shell has the reinforcing rings machined into the shell and at 3/4" thick it produces an incredibly focused note. The jarrah is a fairly dense wood and its unassuming looks are sure to turn your ears the moment you hit it.  45-degree bearing edges and shallow snare beds are sure to delight, as we found this drum performed well throughout multiple tunings with great articulation and sensitivity. Combined with 10 Regal lugs and stick saver hoops, we found this drum made playing backbeats and rimshots pure audible bliss.
