Sound Pure's Take
Condition: Used, Excellent
The Mesa/Boogie Rectifier Badlander EL84/25 packs the unmistakable attitude of the Rectifier family into a compact, versatile 25-watt tube amplifier. Powered by five 12AX7 preamp tubes and a pair of EL84 power tubes, it delivers a dynamic range of tones with plenty of punch, harmonic richness, and responsive feel. Two channels with three style modes provide an impressive palette, making it easy to move between articulate cleans, gritty crunch, and aggressive high-gain sounds. A 10-watt power setting adds flexibility for more intimate playing environments, while the buffered effects loop keeps your favorite pedals working seamlessly. The built-in CabClone IR technology, XLR output, headphone connection, and USB-based IR loading make recording and silent practice remarkably convenient. Weighing just 19 lbs., this Badlander is a powerful little companion for players who want serious Mesa/Boogie character without being tied to a full-sized rig!
