This is one of the first examples of a Cajun Gentleman we've seen with a bursted back, which really emphasizes the fine grain! This fine instrument exists at the crossroads of electric guitar history, combining some of the best sounds and qualities of the models that started it all. A delight to play, my first move was to finger-pick my way through a few open chords and then pause to bounce on the trem arm. I'm no Chester, but it made me smile. Call or email Sound Pure today for more information on this masterpiece from Melancon!

A sound as sultry as a southern summer night and an action as smooth as a New Orleans riverboat gambler, Melancon Guitars Cajun Gentleman unites retro and nouveau in one gorgeous and incredible sounding package. T.V. Jones Filtertrons and a Bigsby tailpiece combined with a classic control set-up that Chet would be proud of are then artfully engineered into a highly chambered select Swamp Ash body providing the player with a broad array of tonal variations. For the total vibe, might we suggest optional items such as an overcarve neck to really capture the fit and feel a real "Gentleman" possesses and a hand selected AAAAA Maple top for some serious flash. Killer Looks and Killer Tone for the sharp-dressed man!!!
