Sound Pure's Take

Condition: Used, Excellent

Well-loved and well-played, this 1974 D-18 is one of the best-sounding '70s Martins we've ever laid hands on (and arguably the best D-18 specifically!). A true diamond of its era, coming to us nearly unscathed from the original owner, it's opened up beautifully and sports everything you want out of a mahogany dread: big, bold, balanced tone, with a focused low end and brassy mid-range matched by chiming treble.
