Sound Pure's Take
What a treasure. This guitar is a piece of playable history. I adore everything about it; from the elegantly-grained Brazilian (dark, stripey, slightly wavy) to the loving wear under the sound-hole. I can just imagine its first owner flamenco-strumming in a candle-lit cafe in Greenwich village. The tone is pure, yet mysterious. It pulls you in. I find the size to be extremely comfortable. Not so small that you hunch over, not so large that you lean back. It's a very focused, yet relaxing guitar to play. It's sweet and confident. Just a beautiful instrument.
