This Ludwig Pioneer snare drum has a born on date of June 22, 1968. A few cosmetic issues, but works great and with new heads will come alive again. The finish is tight with a little bit of lifting just below the batter head. The majority of the hardware is original and in good condition for its age. A couple of the tension rods appear to be replaced as well as a couple of the tension rod washers. This snare is great for those players in search of a vintage sound at a great price.
