SP Luthier Notes: Our luthier owned this instrument, and the guitar was deemed to all ready be in otherwise ideal playing and cosmetic condition upon its arrival with us, and no work was required.
This guitar is nothing if not quirky, there's no doubt about that! It's rare, was made in the 80s, and has a really unique voice! The cedar and mahogany makes for a really transparent sound for a classical with a little stiffer attack, and a sort of raspy, almost nasal-y sort of decay. It's bold, it's responsive, and it demands to be played and heard. And, not only was this guitar worked on by our luthier - he owned it and it was his personal instrument, and there is nothing you could possibly do to make it play better. It just works, and to top it off, is VERY cool! Don't miss this one!
