Condition: Used, Very Good - Some minor dings/finish dimpling and play wear

Balanced, full, and ready for equal parts songwriting and performance, this LV-09E is a real jewel of our collection. It looks great: I'm particularly fond of the way the binding sits between the Sitka and Rosewood. The guitar has a wonderfully concentrated, direct voice that spings to life with a flatpick. It's an excellent choice for anyone looking for a versatile instrument that doesn't lack character--each part of the range, from bass to treble, is just as rich as the next. I can see it fitting in well with a group sound but also holding down a solo singer/songwriter. It's certainly one you're going to want to play out--not long after this guitar arrived, we discovered that the outdated B-Band pickup that came with it new had died out. Our solution? Install the best side-mounted pickup we could find with no additional charge to the customer! The L.R. Baggs our luthier installed is going to serve both player and piggy bank very, very well. The Larrivee LV-09E Rosewood Select Series Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar is the most popular of the Larrivee cutaways from a maker who's been handcrafting fine guitars since the late '60s. The guitar features all solid wood construction with a Canadian Sitka spruce top and rosewood back and sides. This tonewood combination offers a very robust tone and perfectly balanced sound. The attention to detail is evident and each LV-09E includes Larrivee symmetrical bracing and a hand-fit dovetail neck joint. Includes case.
